Tips:
The pro version of Link2SD allows you to also move app data.
If you get an "mke2fs" error with Aparted during setup, use MiniTool instead. (see 2nd video for MiniTool tutorial)
You don't need to link system apps, only link the user apps that you install yourself since those are the ones that take up internal memory.
